Ordering & Shipping Information

PLACING AN ORDER: Orders are accepted by mail, Pre-payment must accompany all orders.

SHIPPING: Orders are processed as quickly as possible and are usually shipped within three days of receipt of your order. Orders  will require a €25 Special Handling Fee in addition to the shipping costs. .

SALES TAX: We are required to collect 19% Sales Tax on all orders that are shipped to a country outside Europe. If your order is being shipped to a Europe address and you have a VAT number, be sure to have that number available when placing your order.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: Before you sign for any package, carefully inspect the package and merchandise for damage. List any damage on the carrier's receipt and follow the carrier's instructions. First report any damage to the carrier and then to CRACKMONITOR as soon as possible. Be sure to leave damaged items in the original packaging for the carriers inspection.

RETURNS: If you wish to return an item, please mail for authorization and instructions. Returns must be made within 10 days of the shipping date and must be received in new condition. A 20% restocking fee will be applicable. If the item you ordered is not functioning properly when you receive it, we will  replace, or exchange it at no charge provided we are notified immediately after you receive it.
